PROPOSITION
2
Shall the
Board of Education of the Reorganized School District No. R-7,
Odessa, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of Sixteen Million
Dollars ($16,000,000) for the purpose of providing funds for the
site development, construction, equipping, and furnishing of a new
elementary school to house grades three through five; to the extent
funds are available, the construction, equipping, and furnishing of
a sports complex including baseball and softball fields, tennis
courts and parking lot; to complete other renovation, remodeling,
and repair improvements to the existing facilities of the District;
and issued bonds for the repayment thereof?

TO VOTERS: If you are in favor of the proposition, place an
“X in the
box opposite
“YES”. If you are opposed to the proposition, place and “x” in the
box opposite “NO”.

Board voted to place a
$16
million no-levy increase bond issue on the April 8
ballot.
A
four-sevenths (57.14 percent) majority is needed for
passage
